Feb 1, 2006 - VSI TARGETING ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES - FOUNDER REDUCES MANAGEMENT ROLE, ACQUISITION TRANSITION COMPLETE
February 1, 2006 (WINSTON-SALEM, NC) – Today, VSI Targeting, a coupon optimization and marketing analytics firm, announced planned changes to the firm’s organization. Founder and coupon industry veteran, Phil von Stade, plans to reduce his role in day-to-day management while continuing to provide strategic consulting.
“This will permit me and my family to pursue some personal goals over the next few years. However, I can never completely leave the coupon industry,” said von Stade. “I’ve made too many friends and enjoy working in the data too much.”
The move completes the planned transition started in February 2005, when Inmar, Inc. acquired the firm.
Stepping in as General Manager is Susan Jones, who has worked closely with von Stade on the VSI-Inmar integration over the past year. Jones, an 11-year veteran of the coupon industry, has been intimately involved with coupon optimization projects, sales opportunities and consulting.
“VSI stands ready to deliver the same level of service and in-depth expertise that our clients have expected for the past 10 years,” Jones said. “The association with Inmar has only served to bolster our resources and introduce the service to more people.”
